Enhance your Technical Skills by Learning from Experienced Engineers

We believe that internships should be an enriching learning experience rather than a means of cheap labor. When you join us as an intern, you're stepping into an environment where we actively invest in your development as a future engineer.

Work alongside engineers to gain insights into best practices and new technologies. Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on experience.

Interns will review their code daily with full-time engineers and other interns to receive constructive feedback.

RESIDENCY

Build Your Consulting Skills + Launch Your Software Engineering Career

Interns may continue their Omnitech journey through our Resident program. The Resident program enhances the intern experience by incorporating project work. We aim to hire residents as full-time, practicing engineering consultants after residency, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Becoming a professional engineer requires ongoing learning, mentorship from experienced engineers, and effective communication with clients.

Gain experience with real projects managed by our project managers and business analysts.

During the summer, residents collaborate with mentors to develop consulting skills through externally and internally funded projects.
