South Dakota Mines
My name is Mason Myers, and I am currently a Junior Computer Science student at South Dakota Mines. I grew up in Aberdeen, SD, and try to be really involved at South Dakota Mines! I am the section leader for the saxophones in our Wind Ensemble and Jazz Band, a peer mentor, a Student Ambassador (I give the best tours), a member of the Professional Development Institute, and the President and Founding Member of Chi Psi Fraternity on our campus. Outside of school, I like to spend my time programming video games, which has been a passion of mine for many years. I also really enjoy playing video games as well! I look forward to working at Omnitech this summer, and can't wait to meet everyone!

Hello, my name is Jordan Lannerd. I'm currently a second-year student at SDMines, pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. Outside of the classroom I've found fulfillment as a resident advisor in the freshman dorms, fostering a sense of community and support among students. Additionally, I serve as a Black Hawk helicopter mechanic in the SD Army National Guard. When I have downtime I enjoy hiking, reading, video games, and crafts. I'm really excited about this internship opportunity and eager to soak up as much knowledge and experience as possible.

Claremon McKenna College | Harvey Mudd College
My name is Mehrezat. I'm a rising senior at Claremont McKenna College, majoring in computer science at Harvey Mudd college. While I enjoy my classes about programming languages and algorithms and the systems lurking in my computer, my secret passion is creative building! I love painting, writing, and stories, and I really appreciate the times when I get to bridge art and tech. Lately, project-wise, I have been building a portfolio website and plotting to weld a motor to my bicycle. I definitely consider myself a creator, and I'm feeling really excited to dig into some new projects!

South Dakota Mines
Hi all, I was born and raised in Sioux Falls, and I am finishing up my second year as a computer science student at South Dakota Mines. At Mines, I worked in ITS LAN Crew where I helped students/faculty with network-related issues, I was a TA for a RISC Assembly course, and I've been building my own personal home server. Outside of staring at a terminal, I love drawing, crocheting/knitting, playing piccolo, and listening to a lot of post-hardcore music. I'm very excited to learn and work with you all at Omnitech!

Purdue University
My name is Alex Moraes, and I am a rising Senior studying Computer Science with a concentration in Computer Security at Purdue University. I am originally from Brazil, so I grew up there and I have been here in the U.S. for three years so far. Being far from home, I try to be involved with different areas that align with my personal interests. I am doing undergraduate research with one of the cybersecurity professors and her PhD students. I also like to be physically active, so I am a part of the Purdue Tennis Club Team and the Purdue Table Tennis Club Team. Fun fact, I will be the President of the Table Tennis Club next year! I am very excited to be a part of the intern team at Omnitech and I am looking forward to working with everyone!
