Learning & Growth

We strive to be role models for a team-centric learning culture. Not just developing skills with a keyboard, but with people, situations, and communications. Omnitech invests in learning and growing through mentoring programs, book clubs, lunch and learns, and brainstorming sessions. We provide support for those pursuing certification, tuition, and continuing education reimbursement as well as opportunities for formal and informal training on new technologies.

Fun Environment

You won’t go hungry at Omnitech, with catered food, snacks, and of course caffeine in hot and cold options. Summer cook-outs, family picnics, and the yearly Christmas Party are some of the ways we enjoy each other’s company. Monday through Thursday we are business casual, but we end the week in jeans.
